"I have had occassion to find cheaper/matching coverage this year for home and car in Oregon. Thus the very first response in the state was Isaiah from Severn Thomas State Farm This human was completely professional, attended to all of my questions, honored time lines that I asked for and timely in all responses I was unable to complete the entire process and sadly his bid did not work for my income. That said I had to reach out to my agents office for answers at a time when I was about to renew If u need a great agent please contact Isaiah, Severn Thomas State Farm. He will work hard to make your needs happen"

"I used to be a huge fan, but this fall things took a turn when business started crossing into political attacks. As a business owner in today's climate, you have to recognize that at least half the country holds different beliefs than you, and that means half of your clients may also believe differently. So when a business owner calls half their clients "dumbasses" for their values and beliefs, that doesn’t align with my value system. If you lean even slightly conservative, believe in pro-life principles, or don't support transgender healthcare for children, this may not be the right agent for you. Or, if you prefer to keep political agendas out of your insurance dealings, it's best to steer clear."

"I had a great experience with Severn Thomas. I have been a Sate Farm customer for a long time, but then my former State Farm agent retired; I was transferred to Severn Thomas’s office because it is the closest one to where I live. I went in for an annual meeting to go over my policies and Severn was so helpful. He reiterated/explained the coverage of my policies and made affirmations and suggestions on aspects that seemed adequate or could be adjusted. He was kind, professional and not pushy. I left feeling I have a better understand of my coverage and a greater appreciation for my insurance policies."

"Severn's been my agent off and on for the last six or seven years, and he's always been great to work with. When I switched over to different insurance for a while, he was very helpful and professional about letting me go my own way, and when I came back today, tail between my legs (having learned my lesson about something called Lemonade?), he was just as helpful and friendly getting me signed back up.
